Empowering Families Through Wills and Estate Planning

Bayley House Foundation Gifts in Wills

The Bayley House Foundation recently hosted a successful information session, warmly welcomed by Bayley House CEO Deb Stuart and introduced by Bayley House Foundation’s Chair Damain Dalton.

The session was designed to support our families in navigating the complexities of various types of Wills and estate structures, with expert guidance provided by Doug Patrick from Lakeside Lawyers, who generously gave up his time.

Doug led attendees through the process of creating or updating their Wills, emphasising the importance of ensuring that their wishes are clearly documented and that their loved ones are well cared for. The session was both informative and engaging, raising further questions for many participants about their own estate planning needs. Doug also touched on the suitability of disability trusts. We were encouraged by the positive feedback and the meaningful suggestions that followed. This event highlighted the ongoing need for advice to help our families make informed decisions about their future.

The Bayley House Foundation is committed to continuing to provide more resources and opportunities in the future to address these important topics.

We are immensely grateful to Doug and Sophie from Lakeside Lawyers who worked with us to create this information session.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended. Your participation and insightful questions enriched the session and helped improve everyone’s knowledge on this important topic.
