Bricks and mortar – building your forever home

The partnership between Bayley House and BlueCHP is full steam ahead as we continue to work with groups who are building their forever homes.

As some of you may be aware, Bayley House signed a Collaboration Agreement with BlueCHP. BlueCHP is one of Australia’s largest non-profit community housing providers. They are aligned with our core values with a long-term commitment to housing people with disabilities. BlueCHP already house over 360 eligible clients in their SDA housing.

In 2023, the partnership was launched with a family forum at Sandy by the Bay. This provided a platform for families to find out more about the project and how they could become involved.

Later this year a second forum will be held for Support Coordinators, Allied Health professionals, Community agencies, families and people with disability who would like to learn more about this incredible partnership.
