Sandringham Football Club

The Sandringham Football Club has been supporting Bayley House for many year. Known as the Zebras, Sandringham Football Club and Bayley House first developed their strong relationship through the late Gary Gilchrist when he was President of the Club. A community-minded person, Gary was eager to involve the people from Bayley House in the Club’s activities.
Gary was instrumental in introducing an annual luncheon for sponsors and key supporters to which 15-20 of our people are invited each year. The President’s Luncheon is now one of the social highlights of the Bayley House social calendar.
As part of his initiative, he provided Bayley House with passes to attend matches. Each year Sandringham Zebras provide 30 season passes to Bayley House to be used in the recreation program or by those living in the residential houses they manage. Many are regulars at home matches and enthusiastically cheer the Zebras on to victory.
With overwhelming support from General Manager, John Mennie, players, committee and sponsors, Sandringham Zebras will continue their relationship with Bayley House in the years to come.
